Saw this on CNN.Money. I wasn’t even aware of Small World Labs until I ran across this article. The company looks like they are positioned nicely for the Web 2.0/3.0 revolution. Basically they provide social networking software to businesses that wish to leverage the new medium within their organizations or to add value to their existing sites.
They are partnering with Limelight and their extensive CDN to provide “end-to-end” (I hate that phrase) solutions for companies that wish to utilize user generated video within their social network. With the explosion of social networking in the last two years throughout the personal web and the almost overwhelming certainty of the corporate world to follow, Small Worlds Labs has found a very profitable software development niche market.
